The goal or intention of relaxation massage is to reduce stress, promote overall wellness, relax muscles, diminish pain, and move body fluids (such as blood) to nourish cells and help remove waste products. Thai Yoga Massage

A technique of assisted manipulation of the body into poses combined with deep massageThai yoga massage, also simply called Thai massage, is a 2,500-year-old Ayurvedic-based body science. In this modality, a trained Thai Yoga massage therapist stretches a person with specific, assisted yoga poses. The philosophy behind Thai yoga massage techniques focuses on energy points called “sen.” As the Thai massage therapist stretches the participant, she also presses and massages along the sen lines or points. The therapist presses knuckles, feet, hands, thumbs and fingers into specific points while holding the participant in a stretch. This combined effort relieves areas of muscular stress and tension.
Techniques involve stretching myofascial tissue; acupressure; compression of tissue; and manipulation of soft tissue. Thai Yoga Massage has been found to lead to the release of muscular tension, a boosted immune system, improved circulation, and the release of mental and emotional stress.

This is a personalized, private or semi-private, Great Yoga Wall session with one of our specialized yoga therapists. Spinal rejuvenation utilizes gentle, non-invasive traction techniques combined with safe, mindful movement to encourage enhanced circulation and nutrient distribution, along with decreased pressure and inflammation in and around the spine.
